Shipping:

1. Dispatch Time:

• Our turnaround time is 7 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period.

2. Shipping Methods:

• Orders are shipped by Royal Mail, DPD, USPS, or P2P, depending on size, quantity, and your choice of shipping method.

3. Packaging:

• The packaging for different products is varied but is all eco-friendly. Most parcels ship plastic-free, except for framed prints, which ship wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap.

4. Tracking:

• You can track your products if you've upgraded your service to Recorded or Courier. Both options offer detailed tracking for orders shipped outside the UK. Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address.

5. Delivery Times:

• The delivery time for your order will be as shown at checkout. Please note that due to COVID & Brexit, many services are experiencing slight delays.

6. Missing Orders:

• If your order doesn't arrive, please check with your local post office and confirm your address before contacting us. Missing orders follow our refund/return policy.

7. International Shipping:

• Yes, we ship worldwide using Royal Mail, DPD, USPS, or P2P, depending on the shipping method/destination.
