Total Saints Podcast Shop Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at the Total Saints Podcast Store. We take pride in delivering high-quality, print-on-demand products through our trusted partners. Please review our Returns Policy below, which applies to all orders placed on our store.
1. Overview
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong item, or simply do not like the product when it arrives. Our policy only allows returns or exchanges when there has been an error on our part or a printing defect.
2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Printing Errors: If your item has a misprint or any printing error;
- Store Mistakes: If an error occurred in processing or fulfilling your order, including sending the wrong item
Note: Ineligible reasons include but are not limited to:
- If you simply change your mind;
- Dislike of the product after receipt;
- Ordering error on the customer's part (e.g. size, colour, design, etc)
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item:
1. Contact Us. Email us at shopify@totalsaints.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number;
- A detailed description of the issue;
- Photographic evidence of the error or defect
2. Evaluation. We will review your claim and determine eligibility based on the information provided. We may request additional details or photos to assess the issue thoroughly.
3. Resolution. If your claim is approved, we will either arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or provide a refund, based on your preference and product availability. Any refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Multiple Suppliers
Our store collaborates with multiple suppliers to fulfil your order. Any eligible returns or exchanges will be handled in coordination with the relevant supplier(s) in tandem with our policy.
While we strive to ensure every item meets our high standards, please note that any discrepancies or errors must be reported within the specified time frame to be eligible for review.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is created to order, all products are non-returnable for reasons other than those outlined above. Please review your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
6. Additional Information
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the original shipping charges. If a return is approved due to our error, we will provide further instructions regarding shipping costs for the return.
- Processing Time: Once a return claim is approved, please allow up to two weeks for us to process a replacement or refund.
